Baba Zula Girls
commercial illustration . poster illustration . lettering
Baba Zula is a Turkish alternative music band known for its unique psychedelic sound, blending traditional Turkish instruments with electronica, reggae, and dub. Inspired by the female figures of Levnî, the most famous miniature artist of the Ottoman era, every letter was hand-illustrated — with sketches offering a glimpse of the process — reflecting the vibrant energy of Baba Zula’s stage performances. This project was created simply for fun and as a way to practice my skills.
